Dear Expert, I am trying to do VICIDIAL user-interface translation for Traditional Chinese. I read from Wiki found I need to edit es_language.txt to replace Spanish by Tradition Chinese, save it as UTF-8 & file name as tw_language.txt then send back to VICIDIAL. Is it correct? Whom should I send?
