bug in vicidial 2.2

i have setup a multiserver with ubuntu 64 bit +vicidial 2.2my only probleme is the barge and listen for sip,when i choose a agent to make a listen i heard you have not a avaible extension ???

Please detail the exact steps you use to do this including URLs and the phones accounts you are using to send the monitor phone calls to.
