Web form @ inbound campaign

Hi all

I set up an inbound campaign that is successfully receiving calls from a SIP DID and also calls from a fronter campaign.
The issue is that for some reason the web form is not being launched when the operator gets a call from the fronter campaign.
I entered a URL at web form field and WEBFORM value at Get Call Launch field and A2 at Web Form Target field.
URL is valid since it works when we click on the web form button.

am I missing something ?

Is the Get Call Launch set in both the in-group and the campaign?

I was missing the URL in inbound group.
