Is there any Break Time Calculation ?

Hi I am using vicidialnow-1.2.0

I want Break Time option: I am giving 3 breaks for the agent in between the working time. I need to give some option button to enable or something that it will calculate the break time & stored in report. Let me know is there anything we have in vicidial.

I have a call center. In which i provide break to my agents 3 times. Now whenever my agents are going for a break i want to know that duration of break taken by them.

Is there any facility which i can use to know how much break individual agents have taken in my center.

Have you looked at using Pause Codes? that is what these were created for.
