When i click on CALL TIMES in admin panel and try to edit any call time .. i get error "You are not authorized to view this page. Please go back." .
Even if i create new call time it gets created but i cant edit time it gives same error on clicking modify . but i can edit it from phpmyadmin ..
Also my other question is .. IF my server is set to IST time ( gmt +5:30) and leads have GMT of -5:00 ( USA ) so while scheduling callbacks agents should set call back date and time as per my time or the customers time ?
If i set dialing time to 9 am to 5 pm in a campaign .. then does vicidial automatically load only those leads in hopper where time is between 9 to 5 as per customer's timezone set by GMT update script ???
I have properly set my server's time to Gmt +5:30 in phones-->servers tab .
