Inbound call is not working

Hi Everyone,

When call comes to the agent page for inbound call

and getting disconnected

Looks like your dialplan is sending everything out to your carrier, even the call that is supposed to go to your agent's meetme session.

I would suggest removing any _X. or similar entries you have in your dialplan.

You are spot on

I made _X. for the caller. I kept it for testing and I didn't remove the code after testing.
