Hi All,
I need help. I have two machines - one with vicidial and one with database and apache. The system runs well but there's something that I don't know how to fix. The version is:
VERSION: 2.0.5-173
BUILD: 90320-0424
The problem is that when the agents log in for a first 5-10 minutes their status is OK. On their pages they click on the resume button and they stay ready for incoming calls. On the admin panel in the real-time campaign summary their status also shows that they are ready. But after around 10 minutes in the admin panel they all are shown as paused. No agent has pressed the pause button.
Can somebody help me or give me an avdice how to fix this?

Make sure that both servers are ntp time synchronized to the same time server. Also, make sure there are no networking issues between the servers and the workstations.

I've checked the time zone and sync. They have the same source for synchonisation. The machines are joined to windows domain. Is there something that can cause such a behavior from the domain side?

If these are windows workstations there could be all sorts of things causing this like Anti-virus, anti-spyware, web page optimization plugins. It's usually a lot easier to maintain Linux workstations.

Thanks Matt,
I know that the Linuxes are easier, but I'm stuck with these domain things. I'll try to look for some resrictions in the applications you've pointed out.
boybawang,
Thanks to you too, but this option is already there.
Regards
