Hello

On Vicidial 2.2 SVN trunk, (and first time with a specific telecom's PRI in India) , all calls dialled thru the Zap and having no contact, like busy, disconnected, ringing no answer, etc are getting dispised off as NA No Answer AutoDial. The Asterisk CLI shows Zap/channel ringing and so it gets in Status as NA, i presume.

This happens on calls to mobile numbers.

Also, is there a way to identify Mobile Out of Service Area, Switched Off etc , on zap channels?

check your asterisk logs. see the result code sent back from the PRI and recorded in the log after each call type. you may want to do this in a controlled way so you can be sure what really happened on each call to see how the log may differ from one to the next.

see if they are different for different call result types you have described. if they ARE, it is possible to record them differently in vicidial. if not ... the only thing you could do is assume that a call that "rang" for less than 5 seconds was "invalid" and a call that "rang" for more than 5 seconds was "no answer autodial".
