Campaign Realtime View show agent logged out after 1 AM

Postby rudra_ach » Wed Nov 22, 2006 2:11 am

Hi,

I'm testing vicidial with four agents in my environment with latest 2.01 release. One thing I'm seing since last 1 week.At 1am every day I see even through the agents are logged in and seeing their agent screen, in realtime view in the campaign it show no live agent. Is there any specific reason behind it ??I'm using IAX2 trunk for dialing and no digium card I'm using.

Are your agents clicking on the LOGOUT link when they are done for the day?

Do they appear as logged in in the AST_timeonVDADall.php script?

Are they in a call when this thing happened? Or are they idle for how many mins?
