vicidial not working ..executing session 8600051

Hi,
After i login into the /agc/vicidial.php.My softphone ringing and it play, you are currently only in this conference....that its.nothing happen. What should i do now.

Hi

if you have loaded compaign

start dialing the leads loaded

read the manual of agent, its worth to look at the manual once

Hi gerski,

yes, Manual dialing from /agc/vicidial.php is perfectly working. but the auto dialing is NOT working. From the vicidial reports, I've seen that the leads keep dialing and ringing to the other end. After the dialed number on hook, nothing happen., It looks like is not transfering to the agents phone. WHat should i do now? I have been struggling for almost a month and i made already 10 times installation from the scratch with the same result. Hoping you could help me.

Is your trunk registered?

Are you using the same address to register as you are using to call?
