Different Login time in different reports

Hi,

When i am viewing "Agent Performance Detail" report i see complete detail of all agents including login time and all other things, and when i click on the any individual agent to see that agents detail on that page i see different login time.

Is this a vicidial bug or system bug. What could be wrong in this.

Looking forward for a positive reply.

You need to show examples if you think there is a bug. Typically, only the date will move from the report to report, not any selected time you used because many reports only use date and not a time selection.

This is what i am asking, how can this happen, two different reports showing different login time.

This is not just happening with one agent, but with different agents during different shifts.

Please guide me how can this be corrected.

This has been covered several times on this forum. Those two reports measure different things. The first one measures the agent time related to handling CALLS only. The second report measure all logged in time for the agent.

Here we have 8 hrs shift for agents, and their performance is measured with respect to calls taken and logged in time.
So is there anyway to get the complete logged in time for an agent, the Agent Performance details report dont give 8 hrs logged in time of any agent. And the second report you said shows the logged in time, but that is going against the Agent performance details report.
