Auto Dial in Vicidialer not working

Dear All,


I have congured the dialer and manual dialing is working in it , but auto dialing is not working kindly help me why it is not working.Thanks in advance

You can check the following have been enabled

1.have you uploaded the leads with proper phone code and list id
2.Have u assigned that list to your campaign
3.have you activated that list in that campaign
4.have you changed the dial method to ratio or adapt avg etc
5.in campaign check dial prefix is same as that in carrier dialplan

check in realtime report
how many leads in hopper
leads to be dialled
agents llogged in.
Check the Asterisk CLI, if it shows any error
Check astguiclient logs, if you see any error in that logs.
