Whats the deal with the above error, I see in the code and even in the latest snapshot the ADD=31. I do not recall this in previous SVN version (even up to 2-3 weeks ago). What am I missing to allow the admin user (with 1 for all options) to modify campaigns.

look at vicidial_user_groups and check what is set in the campaign permissions for the group that your administrator account belongs to.

This is a new feature, restrictions for agents and admin to campaigns.
