Who knows how to configure entering calls between Аsterisk and Vicidial, that would agents receive calls?

as per my understanding, you are looking to setup incoming calls ?

if yes, follow the scartch_install, its spoon feed

Also the Manager's Manual Have a tutorial on how to use VICIDIAL on an INBOUND settings. The Manager's Manual helps saves me to some tight spot for a lot of times
