channel find lock error

channel find lock error

Hi,

when I'm dialing with 3 agents the calls are going fine but when dialing with 5 agents I get following error.

Thats actually just a warning not an error. Are you experiencing any negative impacts due to this warning?

Usual causes of this warning:
- non-reliable bandwidth or trying to push too many channels over your connection
- recording too many channels
- high machine load

Hi,

I disabled the recording and now not getting that error.But we need recording.Please suggest what can be done regarding this.

post your setup / hardware config

and load of the server ?

iostat and vmstats
