AMD function

AMD function

I have a problem with the AMD, I use a trunk OVH and the callerid is uknown in the asterisk log when the call comes to the AMD function it gives hungup

2) I'm sorry, I don't know what a "trunk OVH" is. Not a clue
3) Please post your system specs EVERY time you post, similar to this:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
4) AT LEAST post your Vicidial Version with Build and also your Installation Method (name of the .iso image).
5) How did you "activate" the AMD function? What settings did you use, and where?
