no ringing sound or noise when I dialing using binfone

dial plan (part when I calling binfone)

for some reason I not getting the ring sound , so the agents don't if is calling or not they know when a customer answer and said hello. I tried with the "r" option and without it. but still no ring ring noice.

1) ring sound is not supplied by asterisk locally, it is provided by the remote system (the called party) and some providers seem to have a detrimental effect on passing this through.

2) "r" is not the feature you want ... it is "R". Look up the asterisk dial command options (this one requires BriStuff).

3) use autodial and you will no longer have this problem. you are wasting money dialing manually anyhoo (IMHO )
