All calls in queue and my agent is available

Hi,

Some times i get into this problem:

My agent is logged in and is not in call.

Any call that arrives my asteriskVicidial is place in queue waiting for next available agent.

Why does this happens? Is there any way to debug it? I've notice if i just loggout my agent and loggin in later after 15 minutes or something, some times problem is solved....

What could be the problem?

What is the value of "status" field in the vicidial_live_agents table when this happens?

Do you have more than one server(Asterisk/web/DB)?

What is the loadavg of your server?

Hi,

Status is "Closer", I have only one AsteriskVicidial server, and only one call running as well as only one agent.

Right now I'm waiting for next available Agent, and my agent is not in call.

Previous Call my agent received and hung up as Sale made.

How do i measure loadaverage?

cat /proc/loadavg

What is the Real Asterisk CLI output(NOT asterisk -r) when a call comes in?
