predective dialer using digital Gateway

Postby kool124 » Thu Jan 11, 2007 1:48 pm

hi all,

I am new here and bit confussed

well i have Multitech Digital Gateway that support T1/E1/ISDN
Model MultiVOIP 3010
Website multitech.com

well i also have Cisco ATA

well i want to put predective dialer up and running, is this hardware is enough or do i need to have something more..

i read in Requirement that
You must have a zaptel timer like a PSTN/T1/E1 card or ztdummy
or you can use the experimental app_conference module

what does this means?, i think that some hardware is require if it is not available then i can use some module or so....

thanks
abhi.

You will need to get an X100P card(USD $10-$40) to act as your timer, or you can try ztdummy and see how well it works on you system for meetme timing.

app_conference is experimental and does not work reliably enough for production VICIDIAL use.
