Leads being dialed 4-5 times instead of dialing new numbers.

Postby enjay » Mon Jan 22, 2007 10:38 am

Any idea why my leads would be getting dialed 4+ times before new leads are being dialed?

Code: Select all
CALLED COUNTS WITHIN THIS LIST:
STATUS   STATUS NAME   0   1   2   3   4   5   SUBTOTAL
A   Answering Machine       3           3       6
APT   Apartment       23       2   5       30
B   Busy       9       1   4       14
BUS   Business       9       1   1       11
CBHOLD          1                   1
DC   Disconnected Number       1                   1
DNC   DO NOT CALL       2           1       3
DNCL      162   4       2   7       175
DROP   Agent Not Available       12           7   1   20
IRATE   Irate       2                   2

NEW   New Lead   429684   131                   429815

NS   No Service       34       2   7   1   44
RD   Redial       128       4   35   2   169

Im using the following filter

Code: Select all
list_id="25002" and city="Mesa" or list_id="25002" and city="Chandler" or list_id="25002" and city="Glendale" or list_id="25002" and city="Phoenix"

I would prefer to use city="Mesa" or city="Chandler" but when I do this for some reason the 2nd, 3rd, 4th city after the first one loads ALL leads in that city not even specific to the list_id 25002. This might be a bug as the only list in that campaign is 25002 so why it would it add leads not in that list.

Additionally my dial status within my campaign is set to dial only NEW leads but the hopper loads A - NA - RD etc and not one NEW what would cause this? (NOTE: When I remove all but one city and remove the list_id statement within the filter it DOES load only NEW status leads) bug in filters perhaps?

2.0.1

no lead recycling brand new campaign.. it only happens when I have multiple queries within the filter (i.e. city="city" or city="city2") if I remove the second city it works fine.. any bugs in 2.0.1 for this? maybe Im due for an update here..

It's probably just the query then. I did change some handling of the filter content since 2.0.1 that might possibly help.

while its all abnormal here is the kicker..

Campaign 100 has a list 100 in it.. there are many other lists in the database but only list 100 is applied to campaign 100.

When I use a filter which states:

(city="cityname")

I get a returned result of 5000 leads which is correct within that list 100

when I use a filter which states:

(city="cityname" or city="cityname2")

I get a return result of 250,000 leads.. this is 5,000 for the first city and 245,000 for the second city. Well within list 100 there are only about 10,000 leads.. it is pulling 245,000 from EVERY list in the database...

follow me?

Have you tried:

((city="cityname") or (city="cityname2"))
