Disable CRM Changes

Is there any way to disable the agent's ability to change any of the CRM data in VICIDIAL?

You could do that by changing the code in the vdc_db_query.php file. Other than that, no. If you would like that feature, please submit a feature request to the VICIDIAL Issue Tracker.
