Unable to write frame to channel

Postby hiadviser » Sun Aug 25, 2013 1:14 am

Hey everyone,

I am getting the following error when dialing out:
Call Congestion - Error 21 - Call Rejected

I am using JustgoVoip as my carrier and they keep telling me they can make calls just fine from their test account, whatever that means. But I have no solution to my issue. I even created a new server on a completely different network, just to make sure it wasn't anything firewall/network related. Still same issue.

Here is my Account Entry:
Code: Select all
[goautodial]
disallow=all
allow=gsm
allow=ulaw
allow=g729
type=friend
host=dal.justgovoip.com
dtmfmode=auto
context=trunkinbound
qualify=yes
insecure=very
nat=yes

and Dialplan Entry:
Code: Select all
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@goautodial,,tTo)
exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup

Here is my Asterisk output when I start the call:
Code: Select all
= Manager 'sendcron' logged on from 127.0.0.1

Then It keeps repeating that line over and over and over until I close the Call Rejected error and hangup the phone
Then the log looks like this:

So, I am stuck. Anyone had this problem before or where to go from here? I appreciate any help in advance. Thank you.

Please post your /etc/astguiclient.conf here. Your VARserver_ip variable might be different from your actual IP address. Happened to us before on a cluster with lots of Vicidial servers.

Send me a PM or email me: demian @ goautodial.com. Let's get this fixed.

That's great to hear. And don't forget to always run "yum update" to update your system. We just released an update to the GOautodial web applications earlier. Contains bug fixes and other features (see changelog.txt).
