Hi all

I have just googling the comparision of the other call center suite with vicidial, some where i read that, they said that every day Vicidial need to be rebooted for the better performance, is this true ?

so participate this poll, how long your server online, with out reboot or restart of services.

This depends on your call volume. If you place 100,000 calls on a single server in a single day, it will benefit from being rebooted nightly which also makes freeing any leaked RAM, rolling log files and clearing database entries easier.

That said, I have a lower-volume VICIDIAL server that has been running un-rebooted for over a year and it is still dialing just fine.

Lower volume means less calls per day, not less seats. under 10,000 calls per day would be lower volume.
