call hangup on park

hello everyone

I install vicidial using iso ViciBox5.i686-5.0.3.preload and fallowed cluster install. my vicidial VERSION: 2.10-448a
BUILD: 140706-0927.this is an fresh install.

i have problem in parking the call.

i receive inbound call trough did->ivr->ingroup->agent screen.

when i tried to park the call by pressing "PARK CALL" button, the button changed into "GRAB PARKED CALL"and park call time start,but nothing will happen to call,agent n client able to talk each other.
after few second the live call indication on the top of screen in green color will changed to hangup,but still agent and client able to talk.

my extensons.conf file configuration for park is
exten => 8301,1,Answer()
exten => 8301,2,AGI(park_CID.agi)
exten => 8301,3,Playback(park)
exten => 8301,4,Hangup()
exten => 8303,1,Answer()
exten => 8303,2,AGI(park_CID.agi)
exten => 8303,3,Playback(conf)
exten => 8303,4,Hangup()

when i dial 8031 from my sip phone i able to listen the park music.
one more thing, their is no cli> log when i tried to park call.

please help me to solve the issue,why i am not able to park the call. :( and let me know if i forget to mention something.
