Hi
I am trying to connect an outbound call to an IVR using the option dial with customer but I could not connect to the IVR. When I dial the customers number using a sftphone(X-lite) and then connect to the IVR using conference option it works absolutely fine.
Could anyone tell me what 'm I missing?
