Play Message Immediately
In the manual it says:
In the List modification page for
the leads that you will be calling you will only see the following statuses when using this method:
B - Busy,
NA - No answer(Ring-no-answer, Disconnect, Invalid)
NEW – Lead has not been called
QUEUE – Call was picked up and started playing message
But when i tested and picked up some calls and rejected some others the only statuses i saw in the reports were XFER for all calls. How can i get statuses like NA and QUEUE?
