It is GPLv2 Licensed:
http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html

You can use it commercially, but if you sell it you must publicly release your code back to the community.

Also, we strongly encourage commercial users to donate to the project to keep it going as GPL.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. I mainly have thought about setting it up and offering it as a turn-key package. Not outright selling it. I will definetly contribute back to the community should I move forward with my plans.
