I do have an agent logged in and they can make calls but when the phone is answered its never transfered to the agent

I don't know what would be causing your no-agents problem on a single server install, but for the customer call, what kind of trunks are you using?

i have the same problem, i had the server working for 2 weeks perefectly, and yesturday start with problemas, in the agent screen the resume button is pressed, but in the vicidial_live_agents the status change to paused in 5 seg, i am using ZAP with sangoma 104d.

I had same problem with a sip trunk . even in agi log its showing channel type as local where it should show as sip channel ( zap in your case ) . I changed to iax2 and it worked for me so never got a chance to troubleshoot . In previous thread Matt suggested that using localhost as asterisk server ip can cause this . Do you have asterisk server on same machine and you are using localhost to connect to it from vicidial instead of lan ip ?

I suggest trying the sip-silence Playback extens that are in the extensions.conf.sample packaged with 2.0.3 release. This seems to solve all Local Answer transfer issues.

My probem is solved, when i visit the customer office, i find that they make a copy of hard disk, and put it in other machine to have a backup one, but the new machine writed in tha mysql and change the status of agents to paused.
