Hi experts, Vicidial showing 0 seconds for some of manual dial calls.

The highlighted call is of almost 4 minutes but vicidial showing it as 0 second. When I see call in ORIG, call is being recorded properly and have size in MB of -out.wav file. But the mixed file -all.wav has 44 bytes size. I am not sure it is recording issue, mixing issue etc... This is happening on multiple servers with multiple agents but not all calls showing this behavior only few calls. All phones have defaultlog as phone context.
