remote agents automatically going to PAUSED state.

Is there something I"m missing? Why would this happen. I made sure the campaigns are a 24 hour call time. Makes no difference. If i make all remote agents inactive, and then mark as active. They will run and things will ramp up, but after 10 min or so they go to this PAUSED state.

It's a basic survey press 1 campaign, not connecting to an agent.

I have about 40 remote agents, 1 for each campaign. There is 1 campaign that i have 4 different remote agents logged in as well.
