Dear All,

there is a problem with my vicidial installation.
if a call is in Queue for an agent to be available and if customer hangs up call, this same call is sent to agent as dead call and after 6 or 7 seconds, this calls hangup automatically.
i have carrier DIDWW and Magic Telecom and both are having reporting the same, customer has hangup the call buyt still 90% of the calls still are sent as dead to agent.

Here are basic details of my Vicidial installation.

CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E7- 4830 @ 2.13GHz (64 VCPU)
Mmeory : 512GB
Asterisk : 1.4.39.1-vici
Mysql : 5.0.95
ISO : goautodial 3.0b.iso
No VM, installed on baremetal.
Server : Dell R910

1) You did post your Installer with Version.

2) You did NOT post your Vicidial Version with Build (which is required for the free support on this board).

3) You may wish to reinstall with Vicibox's 7.0.3 .iso installer which will install the latest version of Vicidial (goautodial's installer is always a bit behind, sometimes more than a bit). If this is a bug, it may have been fixed in a future release. Putting a test copy on a VM may be a good idea to see if this issue persists.

4) This is NOT a "General Discussion" post, it's obviously a Support Post, so I'll move it for you.

Happy Hunting! 8-)

my vicidial version is as follows.

$admin_version = '2.7-401a';
$build = '130508-2256';

moreover i installed Vicibox latest version as well to test this feature and ran almost one week for teesting with daily 900 calls of internal campaigns.
in new installation, this dead channel problem still occurs.

i have taken tcpdump checked all packets but this is also of no use. This is why I need your assistance in it.

1) Never bump your own post after asking a question. I generally assume the second bump was the answer, and I move on to a post that has *not* been answered until I get more free time. LOL

2) Post CLI output from a single occurrence of this if you can easily reproduce the error. One call, nothing else on the system, not 3000 lines of unrelated code, LOL. But: one call from beginning to end! Don't skip the beginning (be sure to replace your ip with xx.xx.xx.xx here if you aren't whitelisting ... and probably even if you are).

3) Post your Carrier configuration (be sure to replace user/pass/ip information with {user}{pass}xx.xx.xx.xx here).
