I will re-install my CLUSTER setup ( i wasn't able to solve the problem, i will start fresh )
I have already my DB backup, but i do have a question, which are the tables i do need to "restore" from Backup, in order for me to import:
vicidial_campaigns
vicidial_list
vicidial_lists
vicidial_server_carriers
Are this safe to import from backup that won't break anything from a new install ?

I'd suggest importing a lot more tables than that. Try doing a full restore of all tables that don't have "_log" in them.
As for "safe", it would be if the new system has never been used, and if it is on the same DB Schema Version.
