Postby arunkooods » Tue Feb 07, 2017 4:51 am

Hi mflorell,
i have a system with vicidial on centos6.5 and astguiclient version 2.12.
Can guide me how make time zone wise dialing in vicidial.I can see only US postal codes and GMT populated during our installation.I have leads with different country codes, so please guide how to configure timezone based dialing.I have to dial the time zones which are currently between 9 am to 5pm,the server is India.

You can use a filter to dial only specific time zones:

(gmt_offset_now IN('-5'))

The above filter would dial only the US East Coast timezone.

That is already a feature of VICIdial, if it is configured properly. Use Call Times, and the associated Campaign features for manual dial filtering.

Thank Mflorell,
I am using Predictive dialing and i have to upload leads with 1000 numbers and each will be of different country code and time zone......and dialer has to check the leads before updating in hopper whether its right time to call and then update to hopper.
