Remote Agent Outbound IVR cancel issue

Hi Vicidial Team,

VERSION: 2.12-515a
BUILD: 151007-2224
ViciBox version 7.0


I'm having this issue on remote agent on outbound IVR. Vicidial calls out and reach the caller but only rings one or sometimes not, having a missed call status on the client.

I know now the cause, its on my dialplan

exten => _99XXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _99XXXXXXXXX,n,Answer() <-----This is causing it.
exten => _99XXXXXXXXX,n,Set(CALLERID(num)=027988000)
exten => _99XXXXXXXXX,n,Dial(SIP/0${EXTEN:1}@globe_sip2,60,to)
exten => _99XXXXXXXXX,n,Hangup()

I don't know why but it works now. what does Answer do? please explain as I'm still learning this asterisk core.
