Comfort noise

Hi all
it is possible with vicidial VERSION: 2.8-403a BUILD: 130510-1350 start a "comfort noise" in outbound campaigns for calls that waiting for an agent?

Nope, If you want to use some kind of audio on-hold then you should drop the outbound call to an in-group.

In group you mean that I need agent available in inbound? Can I set an automatic voice and when an outbound agent is available transfer the call to this agent?

Solved this task.
I've set "allow inbound and blended" = yes and created a new inblound group. At 2 seconds the call in wait is transfered to the inbound group (same agents) and the customer can hear a message.

I need your help please.
I pass the call to the inbund group but the moh start after 7 seconds.

Italian privacy rules requires a background sound of "talking people" during "Drop Call Seconds".
Customers must understand that the call is from a call center during "Drop Call Seconds".
