Network configuration

I have selected statically assigned IP address and in the ip address box I have entered my static ip which is provided by my ISP and also the I have entered my subnet mask provided by my ISP and after entering the host name it is showing a warning Duplicate IP address detected. really continue ?
please help me with this problem. my network diagram is internet to router and router to switch and switch to pc.
