is possibile to remove the MANUAL DIAL feature displaing only the FAST DIAL link?

Ok, in the agent screen in the lower side thera are 2 choises MANUAL DIAL and FAST DIAL.
Using the MANUAL DIAL beginning the call is slower than using FAST DIAL so i want MANUAL DIAL disappear.

To only get one of them removed you'd have to remove it in the code, there is no setting currently that will do what you want.
