HI Guys this is my Setup

-1 Sole Database
- 1 WebServer
- 4 Asterisk Load Balance

Is it possible that i can setup the 3 Asterisk server will handle the Outbound call purely and the remaining asterisk will handle only the transfer calls, any idea how do i set that up with the carrier settings somehow?
I tried setting up the a trunk for Transfer Conversation only with prefix 888 and the main Dialout prefix is 777. and then this Convo trunk prefix i assigned only on the 1 asterisk and the dialout trunk assigned to the 3 asterisk server.
So basically the Transfer call will exit with one asterisk only and the dialout with 3 asterisk server load balance. So on the campaign itself the prefix for dialout is 777 and 3 waycall transfer is: 888

Problem:

When i tried setting that up when the 3 asterisk server dialing out execute the transfer process the server didn't know what to do context not found or no Route destination (They dont know how top pass with the asterisk assigned for transfer only)
- i already load balance the 4 asterisk servers.

Any idea how should i setup like this format and setup and why its not working the 4 servers are already Load balance aren't calls can pass between asterisk servers when they are load balance..?

Could you explain what you mean by "only handle transfer calls"?

Asterisk B - dialout only
Asterisk C - dialout only
Asterisk D - Handle Transfer calls Specific

Do you mean like an agent LOCAL CLOSER transfer?

Are you asking for A/B/C to handle calls to the carrier/prospects, but D to have the agents?

If so: Turn on Balance Dialing on A/B/C and set the trunks on D to zero. Agents register to D. Carriers on A/B/C.

This is a *standard* setup for Vicidial, the system already has inter-linked IAX trunks between servers to get those calls to the agents. Nothing to configure. Done.
