I am in the ADMIN-VOICEMAIL section of the manager's manual, need help better understanding the follow sentence. "There are already voicemail boxes created for every phone entry in the system." Are these phone entries phone numbers that are already in the system or to I created them and would the voicemail boxes show up in the ADMIN>Voicemail section.

"Admin -> Voicemail" is completely separate from the "Admin -> Phones" entries. Their voicemail boxes do not overlap.

To set up Admin -> voicemail, take a look at page 226.

To access any voicemail box through a connected phone, dial 8501
