call drop concern

Hello Forums,

Good day.

I have some concerns with our dialer, we added two additional numbers and copy the DID numbers to the existing one. As we test this we found out that we encounter this error Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

Hi,
Problem with your VoIP Provider, please check with them or mostly you have not defined your SIP trunk settings properly.
