Real time report not displaying correctly

Postby TwistedFister » Wed Nov 08, 2017 8:54 am

Vicibox 7.0.3 from .iso | Vicidial 2.14-579a Build 161128-1746 | Asterisk 11.22.0-vici | CLuster setup: 1 web 1 DB 1 Slave DB 8 telephony | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

We tried to move the realtime report to our slave DB and when we do the report doesn't display the color coding for how long agents have been on a call and how long they have been on pause. The only colors that show are when agents are waiting for a call. We currently have all other reports running from the slave without issue. Ideas? is this a bug?

Did you update the PHP on any server? If yes, check the date.timezone setting and make sure the time zone is correctly set and same as your master server.
