INbound and Outbound calls go into same agent same time

Hi!
I am experiencing the error that one agent take 2 calls at same time, inbound and outbound. The campaign is in the INbound_man to take calls inbound and outbound.
Somebody has any cluees or any idea about this or how solve it or any idea to avoid

How common is this problem?

Have you enabled Agent Screen Debug Logging in System Settings?

Are these two calls both different numbers?

Is so common from 10 calls I have 4 with this problem
No, I dont enabled, I will now. I checked the recording and both clients, inbound and outbound, can talk each other

Well, yes, one is inbound and the other is outbound
