[Closed] AgentDirect for transfer to another agent

hi all,

i have configured the agentdirect ingroup for transfer call to another agent on the same campaign, evethings work well.
One day, yesterday, the agent in agentdirect doesn't show anymore, the agent in the login procedure select AGENTDIRECT ingroup but after when go to agents in transfer popup the list of agent is empty!?!?!?!?!?

Any idea? Is Urgent because work in a group need this features

Make sure the agents are selected to take calls from the agent direct queue, the campaign the agents are in allows the agent direct queue, and check the settings in the user group called Agent Status Viewable Groups.

thanks the problems was: I remove the allow status view for campaign agent.
