Hi there,

Vicidial v2.14-506c BUILD: 161222-1111

When any of my agents trying to manual dial any number suddenly the call is disconnecting.
Error: (Dial Alert: Call Rejected: Chanunavail Cause: 1 - Unallocated(unassigned) number. SIP: 404 - Not found)
I thought that when the call on it's way to the customer, it doesn't reach him, i have no reason why, but actually i have a good enough connection to my provider so i am a little bit confused.
I think it's about the dialplan entry, but sitll trying to solve it..

Thanks.

hi Ahmed

Give some more detail to us regarding your problem.

"I have received a call then suddenly it's "disconnected""

If i am right you mean to say that you log in to agent crm successfully with voice prompt "you are only person to this conference"
using your soft phone, if you did not hear the voice that mean you are not loged in correctly.
then
when inbound call land to agent crm it get disconnect. correct me if i am wrong.

Hi,

Yes, they've heard "you're only person to this conference"

I edited the post for more explanation. Looking forward to hearing a solution.

Thanks for your response.

This is carrier issue. If this is an old number on which you have dialed and talked to a customer and still receiving 404, please ask your carrier to remove such vendor from your routing or at least block this area code over that vendor because 404 calls would not route advance on their end and this is the final message. Same goes to sip 480. I think this is not a valid number hence a 404.

hi
Did you able to dial directly from sip phone rather then agent crm. and share your cli logs when you make manual call.

Post your carrier dialplan and dialed number (with country code) and also the asterisk cli logs from faulty calls as already mentioned.
