Hi all,

I want that my vicidial automatically calls back to customers whose calls are dropped. It is possible manually, but I want this process to be automated. Please anyone help/guide me to accomplish my task.

I am talking about how to automized this all process, which actually extracts all inbound CDRs of dropped calls only, and calls them back.
