Problem hangout and pause

The version I have is 2879
The problems that it presents to me is:
1. Which puts the agents automatically paused
2. When you are on a call you do not hang the call, you do not enable the hangout button.
3. Which have programmed callback and enter to see what they have in manual method loaded with list leaves them in a ready state and does not allow them to dial the next number next dial.
