Call not landing at agent screen

Softphone: Zoiper 3.9

I'm able to receive calls eyebeam if I select EXTEN or PHONE in my DID but I'm unable to receive calls on Agent portal even if I select AGENT or INGROUP

I see the call coming in Queue but not at agent portal

Still unable to resolve the issue....I see the call is in queue, agent is active but still agent doesn't receive any call? Am I missing something...I'm sure I followed the Manager's manual

I didnt tried on-hook, its already set to ring all

Even if I set it to agent, I can see call in the queue but it dosen't ring on agent

OK, Found the issue

There was only one agent, and I've set it to 'ring all'. When I changed it to 'longest wait time', my issue got resolved

But even for single user in the campaign, shouldn't that extension ring instead of call waiting in queue?

I strongly suspect that Ring All only works with OnHook agents. By definition: Ring doesn't happen with other agents. Thus the system was looking for "someone to ring".

Yes, RINGALL only works with on-hook agents. That is mentioned in the documentation.
