I'm testing a new ingroup and noticed that when a caller enters the queue they hear the welcome prompt and then 1-2 seconds music after whicht the first on hold prompt is played. Can the first on hold prompt be disabled? What happens now is:
Welcome prompt: Welcome at our company, all operators are busy, please stay on the line.
On hold prompt: All our operators are still busy, please hold.
But the second one is weird if it follows immediately after the welcom prompt.

We usually recommend not using the on-hold prompt at all, and instead putting any alert messages you want into the music on hold for the in-group. The problem with the on hold prompt is that it is a "blocking" element, meaning that the call can't be routed while it is playing. It is also limited to being very short.
