auto Select Ingroup and Blended Calling.

Postby chrisgngugi » Thu Apr 26, 2018 3:53 am

Hallo guys,

I have a situation where some agents prefer to pick incoming calls and they are not interested in outbound calls. We need to put them in both groups with not option of selecting that option. What we desire is simply login and your in doing both inbound and outbound. No ingroup selection and no Blended calling selection. Is this actually possible with the current system.
I have version

There are settings for this in user section:
users --> select user --> Agent Choose Ingroups --> change it to "0"
users --> select user --> Agent Choose Blended --> change it to "0"

Don't forget to define the ingroups in user detail screen for all users and the default blended setting!!
Agent Choose Ingroups -This option if set to 1 allows the user to choose the ingroups that they will receive calls from when they login to a CLOSER or INBOUND campaign. Otherwise the Manager will need to set this in their user detail screen of the admin page.

Agent Choose Blended -This option if set to 1 allows the user to choose if the agent has their campaign set to blended or not, and if not then the default blended setting will be used. Default is 1 for enabled.
