Hello Genius !!! / load Balancing Question

Is it safe to use a File Server with the following specs:

Dual AMD Opteron 4332 - 3.0 GHZ Hex Core
1 IP
8 GB RAM
2 x 2 TB SATA (7200 RPM Enterprise SATA)
RAID 1


As a Web Load balancing server ? ( This will be forwarding to 2 web servers )

So far, i don't really need a Load balancing since i got near 50 agents, but, i just start ordering new servers today and want to be prepare for most scenarios...
